Trigger Point Therapy

 Trigger point therapy is a specialized massage technique that focuses on releasing tight areas within muscles, known as trigger points. These are small, hyperirritable spots that can cause pain and discomfort in various parts of the body, often referred to as "referred pain." This therapy aims to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall wellness.

Then will then apply focused pressure to these areas, guiding you through the process and adjusting techniques based on your comfort level. After the session, you may experience soreness similar to a workout, but this usually subsides within a day or two, leaving you with improved mobility and relief from pain.
